Most people normally submit massages because they’re unhappy with a products or services. Having said that, our message is definitely the opposite. We were so very pleased about the support that employees at Sleepys gave to us just lately, that we thought it warranted a letter of commendation from us.
We stopped into the Sleepys store and got a new mattress. From the beginning, our salesperson was polite, patient and insightful concerning which mattress we may want to consider. However, we had to exchange the mattress for other mattresses, not once, but three times. Keep in mind that we are professional people and do not make a habit of exchanging items we purchase.
This seemed to be an unusual situation. We must offer to Sleepys our highest praise for their patience, kindness, consideration and, most importantly, the expert way they worked on each exchange. Never once did any one of the personnel look irritated or aggravated. As a matter of reality, these folks were all very focused on our deciding on the right mattress model that suited our desires. We visited Sleepys to begin with because of its reputation. However, we were very fortunate to have encountered the superior service that they afforded to us. We have recommended that anyone else shopping for a mattress go to a Sleepys store.
