Ellis Amazon Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Six Pack Abs 365 – How To Get And Keep Your Six Pack Abs All Year Long (Kindle Edition) This is a very easy and enjoyable read. The dietary information in this book is worth the read alone, simply because it takes key elements from other great minds in the industry and puts them together. For most, including myself, that info is typically acquired through years of study, implementation, and experimentation.
The exercise portion of the book keeps true to the functional training that Geoff has produced in the past. No need to break away from what works. I would highly recommend this book to my patients or anyone in general. It teaches several core principles to health and longevity.
An inclusion of vegetarian protein sources would’ve been nice for those who choose to limit or completely exclude animal protein from their diet, as there tends to be a lack of knowledge in this area for a lot of people who take on this approach for the first time.
Overall, get this book. It’s a great addition to anyone’s fitness/strength library. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you?
